Tried to keep it as close to canon as you can get with this topic, so no m-preg, no divine births by obscure Celtic deities and no torrid affairs with Lily Potter – just the ordinary dysfunctions of a society at war. Fated is sort of like the prelude to this, so it might make sense to read that first. And I just want to point out that this is what I see in my head when I write Sev. Nothing against Rickman, but the dude was fifty-five when the character he’s playing was supposed to be thirty-two. Do the math.
